Tender for the selection of subject/s for the management of second pillar pension benefits in annuity form

Assofondipensione, the contractual pension fund association, in the name and on behalf of the pension fund members who express interest in a common selection process (compare to Attachment A – Pension fund participants) of one or more companies will be selected among those who present the characteristics outlined in the tender.

Bids are invited for following types of benefit:

• with-profit single premium immediate lifetime annuity;
• with-profit single premium immediate survivor (joint life) lifetime annuity, with the possibility of choosing from full benefit to half benefit;
• with-profit single premium immediate lifetime annuity with 5- or 10-year guaranteed period;
• with-profit single premium immediate lifetime annuity protection lump-sum death benefit with possibility of choosing lump-sum or single premium immediate lifetime annuity with residual value;
• with-profit single premium immediate lifetime annuity with long-term care insurance option.

The offers must be received by Assofondipensione, Via Vittor Pisani, 19 – 20124 MILANO, by and not later on 25th June 2008 and must be accompanied by technical specifications and relative economic details.
